Greetings, witches and wizards! At Harrypotter Sales Shop, we understand that waiting for your magical items can feel longer than a Hogwarts school year. That’s why we’ve partnered with the finest magical (and muggle) delivery services to get your treasures to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (like back-to-Hogwarts or Christmas at the Burrow), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carriers: DHL or FedEx (the muggle world’s closest equivalent to owl post)
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
• Tracking information provided for all orders
Free Shipping – For orders over $50
• Carrier: EMS (the International Owl Post equivalent)
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
• Tracking information provided
Please note: We serve witches and wizards globally, with some exceptions in Asia and remote regions where delivery may not be available. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we hope every item from our shop brings as much joy as a trip to Hogsmeade, we understand that sometimes a magical item might not be the perfect fit. Our returns policy is designed to be as reliable as a well-cast Expecto Patronum spell.
Our Return Policy Promise
If your magical purchase doesn’t delight you, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Just like the careful selection process at Ollivander’s, we want to ensure you have the perfect magical item for your needs.
The Return Journey: Step by Step
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
We’ll send you a returns authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days. Our response will be faster than a Golden Snitch!
Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation. The items must be in their original, unused condition.
Ship the package to our Returns Department using the provided label. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Be in their original packaging with all accessories included
- Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt
- Be returned within 15 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Magical Items
Just as some magical artifacts at Hogwarts are too powerful to be returned, certain items in our collection cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Butterbeer & Sweets and Treats: For health and safety reasons, all consumable items are final sale
- Cosmetics: Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene purposes
- Create Your Own Trunk items: Personalized and custom-made trunks are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective
Refund Information
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it (a process that typically takes 3-5 business days), we’ll initiate your refund. The refund will be applied to your original payment method through the same secure payment processors we use for purchases (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Refund Timeline:
• Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
• PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process outlined above. In your return request, clearly state what you’d like to exchange for.
We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item costs more than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
