Are your products authentic and safe?
Absolutely! We work with trusted suppliers to ensure all items are authentic and made with high-quality materials. Each product is carefully inspected in our Rutland warehouse, and we use protective charms (metaphorically speaking!) to guarantee they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We deliver globally, bringing magic to witches and wizards worldwide! However, due to current limitations, we cannot ship to some remote locations and certain parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your area, please contact us before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
After a 1-2 day processing period in our Rutland warehouse, your order will be on its way! We offer two options:
- Standard Shipping Charm: Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 days after dispatch for 12.95 Galleons (or local equivalent).
- Free Owl Post: For orders over 50 Galleons, shipped via EMS, arriving in 15-25 days after dispatch.
Can I track my order?
